Halfway Across the Galaxy and Turn Left. Part 2.

We had to create a large section of the city on the families home world. They lived in a canyon over a lava pit. There were all sorts of official buildings and high rises.

They were all built in two scales. Everything was built as a one off and made in wood, acrylic and styrene.

There was a fair bit of a time crunch and even with a small crew we got through a lot of stuff.

These images are the main police station and the design matches the police chief’s helmet.

It was all a great deal of fun to do. A lot of standard sci fi model making with a lot of freedom given to us to bring the concepts to life.
